Griffin, as his last name implies, isn’t afraid to take a chance. However, when it comes to business, he’s all about research and due diligence, making him the perfect fit for a Strategy and Business Development role at Mighty 8th. He started developing his craft while attending Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business where he studied marketing.

Griffin is great at forming relationships and problem-solving, which makes him the ideal co-worker. It’s not a one-way street though. As he says, “I feel very fortunate to be a part of a thriving company, surrounded by a team of co-workers who are like a second family to me. The culture at Mighty 8th is special, and the friendships I have with my co-workers are genuine. We never stop laughing.”

His passion for building relationships and helping people aren’t confined to work. Outside of Mighty 8th, you’ll find him mentoring students as a Younglife leader and volunteering at 12 Stone Church in their C12 ministry.
