A natural observer, Carly has always gravitated toward creative pursuits that reward paying attention. Whether she’s journaling, drawing, or studying a good film, she’s constantly collecting new perspectives, a habit that comes in handy when learning the ins and outs of a client’s business.

Off duty, Carly can usually be found at the movies, listening to Morrissey, or dusting off her oil paints. And after recent trips out of the country to Spain and Italy, she’s got her sights set on filling out her passport and getting a glimpse of life beyond her usual corner of the world.
