Mighty 8th’s ‘Tour de Restaurants’

A couple of weeks ago, we announced our new partnership with Ray’s Restaurants to give their online presence a complete overhaul. One of the most exciting steps in the website development process is getting to immerse ourselves in the product and explore the opportunities and challenges first hand. In the case of Ray’s, we were forced to partake in an all day tour of their three fine dining establishments and made to eat some of the best food Atlanta has to offer. What a tough day!

Ray’s Marketing Director, Claire Brimmer, was our kind host/travel guide for the day and gave us an inside look into the day in the life of each of the restaurant locations. In addition to the outstanding management, Ray’s prides itself in it’s top level chefs knowing that amazing food is a key factor in creating customers for a lifetime.

It was an honor getting to spend time with Ray’s Killer Creek Chef, Tracey Bloom. Tracey has been named one of Atlanta’s Top 25 Chefs and was also on season seven of Bravo’s “Top Chef” in 2010. Her sense of humor, leadership skills and experience as a chef makes her a one-of-a-kind asset to the team. Above all, Tracey shared with us her passion for creating dishes specific to your likes and dislikes. She makes every effort to make each person’s experience unforgettable.

However, Tracey isn’t steering the ship alone on this mission. It was evident with each location how passionate they are for exceeding guests’ expectations. From a Frequent Diner Program with perks galore to posting the daily special on social media, Ray’s is always interacting with their customers.

Every location features first class event facilities, suitable for small-to-medium sized business events or weddings. Ray’s on the River also has an amazing tent that overlooks the Chattahoochee River that they’re able to decorate for any occasion. Along with great venues, there’s an event coordinator at each location to handle all the details so that you can enjoy your event.

So, onto the next step and our main mission: Create a website that allows for these things to shine and grow the brand! Our talented team of designers have a unique way of pulling together architectural elements and atmosphere from each location along with the established brand, reputation and services offered by our clients. We look forward to creating an online presence for Ray’s that represents the amazing experience you’ll enjoy when you visit any one of their locations!
