Tammy has been with Mighty 8th “since those back ally days” — nine years to be exact. With nearly 15 years in the industry, she’s picked up quite a few accolades and areas of expertise; and its that creative curiosity that fuels her confidence in design. Prior to joining the Mighty 8th crew, she took on a major healthcare rebrand and even picked up some event planning.

Like her design technique, Tammy is all about balance. She views it as a method for problem solving, relationship building, and even a good workout. (Hot yoga is her secret for a calorie-torching, mind-quieting, core-tightening sweat session.) Being around others in the industry, especially at conferences, is her favorite way to stay inspired and tackle any new challenge the client brings.
After finding her way to the hangar, Tammy thrived in the collaborative environment. She says, “I design by understanding the clients needs and who they are.” and it’s that team spirit attitude that helps her tell the client’s stories.
