One of our great clients, BlazeSports, recently held their 11th annual conference in Decatur, Georgia. Attendees from across the country and around the globe were treated to sessions from renowned experts and cutting-edge professionals in the field of disability sports.  Serving as the marketing agency for BlazeSports, Mighty 8th Media helped to create a quality conference experience that was well-branded.

Each attendee was greeted by the BlazeSports brand in the lobby on welcome signage, and they were all given personal credentials that indicated their status as a presenter, board member, or attendee.  We used cost effective lanyards but gave them a professional appearance through the custom layout of the insert with each attendee’s info.

BlazeSports has programs in Georgia, across the country and internationally, and we created three rack cards that provide a list of programs and benefits for each of these key areas.

Each room at the conference center was clearly branded with signage to let attendees know the next meeting for each space. These 20×30 posters were very affordable and yet provided an extremely attractive branding opportunity that otherwise would have been missing.

The Conference Program provided all the information an attendee would need to make their way around the conference center and customize their conference experience.  Every session was detailed with presenter details and an in-depth description of the material to be covered.  This substantial brochure was a positive reflection on the quality of the conference and the experts leading each of the sessions.  One of those sessions was a guide to nonprofit marketing and social media, led by our very own Jonathan Holmes!

Each element of the conference was unmistakably from the BlazeSports family of materials, including this quality messenger bag that each attendee received.

We even wrapped their new bus in time for the conference!  Any time this eye-catching vehicle is on the road, the BlazeSports brand will be well represented.

This week we had a big anniversary at The Hangar: Tammy celebrated her 5th anniversary as a member of the crew! As a senior designer and a keeper of the journal of all the wacky things that happen at our office, Tammy is an essential member of the staff.

We celebrated this milestone with a lunch at an appropriate place, Aqua Terra Bistro, which has been a Mighty 8th client for 5 years as well!

Tammy, thanks for all your hard work, dedication and solid dance moves over the past 5 years. We look forward to celebrating your 10th anniversary as well…
